What is an LED epitaxial wafer?

LED epitaxial wafer is the raw material for producing LED internal wafer, and it is a thin film grown on sapphire substrate by chemical vapor deposition technology. Then the base region and emitter region are implanted on the epitaxial wafer, and then the LED wafer is formed by cutting and other processes. The LED chip will form the LED lamp beads we see through the packaging process.
