In the subsequent baking process, the residual air at the pore position expands and contracts to burst.

2. Due to the multi-variety and small-batch marketing strategy adopted by the company, some cab molds are not perfect, and some parts need to be scraped with too thick ash. However, after baking and cooling, the putty will shrink to a certain extent, resulting in the explosion of putty;

3. The proportion of putty and curing agent is unstable. Because the weight of putty mixed by the scraper is only about 2g, and the curing agent only needs 8g, the operator can only add curing agent according to his own experience, while it is difficult for some inexperienced scraper to control the proportion. When the proportion of curing agent is too large, the hardness of putty will increase and the toughness will decrease, resulting in explosion. After the main cause of the problem was analyzed, I fed back the situation to the workshop leaders and put forward my own solutions:

1. After the electrophoretic paint was dried, the cab left a certain cooling time to transfer to the scraping process to avoid scraping atomic ash on the hot body surface;
