Do all large companies conduct one-to-many interviews?

Each company’s interview process is different

The interview method for each position is also different

Since there are more people applying for campus recruitment, campus recruitment often adopts Group interview

However, when there are few people, HR still prefers one-on-one interviews, so that the judgment can be more accurate

Generally, large companies have at least 2-3 rounds Interview

Gome must be like this too, at least there will be one interview (if you didn’t get cut the first time, haha)
