First, medical examination matters

(1) Physical examination time: 201April13rd.

(2) Physical examination location: a public tertiary hospital.

(3) Physical examination content: not less than the general standard for civil servants' physical examination.

(4) Relevant instructions:

1. Participants gathered in front of the office building of Hubei Tobacco Monopoly Bureau at 7: 30 am on April 13 (next to Asia Hotel, No.618 Jiefang Avenue, Hankou, Wuhan, Hubei). Do not eat breakfast or drink water on the day of physical examination.

2. Failure to meet at the designated place within the specified time shall be deemed as a waiver of registration rights.

3. Physical examination must bring my ID card, written test admission ticket and bareheaded 1 inch recent photo 1.

4. Candidates bear part of the medical expenses, including: male 230 yuan and female 250 yuan. Candidates pay directly to the medical examination hospital.

5. Those who fail this medical examination will be disqualified.

6. In order to ensure the fairness of this recruitment, candidates participating in the physical examination must fill in the letter of commitment according to the requirements in Annex 2 and submit it to the staff of Hubei Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) (hereinafter referred to as Provincial Tobacco) on the day of physical examination. Those who fail to submit the letter of commitment shall not take part in the physical examination, and shall be deemed to have automatically waived their right to apply for the examination.

7. In order to ensure the orderly medical examination, candidates who take part in the medical examination should queue up to enter the medical examination center in strict accordance with the annex 1 grouping number for men and women. The physical examination process is:

Take a bus to the designated place at the specified time → queue up to enter according to the staff's requirements after arriving at the medical examination hospital → get my medical examination manual → paste photos on the front page of the manual → submit a letter of commitment to the provincial tobacco staff and show their ID cards and written examination admission tickets → seal the medical examination manual of the provincial tobacco staff (the manual that has not been confirmed by the provincial tobacco seal is invalid) → pay fees → enter all examination departments according to the medical examination guidance requirements of the medical examination center → return the medical examination manual to the service desk of the medical examination center after the medical examination.

Second, the evaluation project

Those who pass the physical examination enter the intentional probation assessment procedure after pre-job training, and the intentional probation assessment is organized by Hubei Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (company) and its subordinate recruitment units.

(A) pre-job intensive training
