Third, the introduction conditions

(a) the introduction of the object should meet the following conditions:

4. The age is above18 (born on or before April 14, 2004) and below 35 (born on or after April1986). Among them, those who have obtained a master's degree or above are relaxed to 40 years old (1981born in or after April 5). 5. Good professional quality, familiar with relevant policies and regulations and industry development, and meeting the qualifications such as academic qualifications and majors required for talent introduction positions.

(2) The following persons shall not apply:

1. can't adhere to the party's basic line and keep consistent with the CPC Central Committee on major political issues.

2. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime or being expelled from public office.

3. Party discipline and political discipline have not been lifted.

4. Suspected violation of law and discipline has not been investigated (closed).

5. On-the-job staff of party and government organs and institutions and on-the-job staff of state-owned enterprises have not obtained the consent of their units and personnel departments at or above the county level at the time of registration deadline.

6. As of August 2022, the service period of the "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" has not expired.

7. Active servicemen, full-time non-2022 graduates.

8. Those who are found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment examinations of civil servants at all levels or institutions are still not allowed to apply for the examination.
