I. Recruitment positions

Recruitment positions are teacher positions, counselor positions and other professional and technical positions. Please refer to the attachment for details. Each person is limited to one post.

Second, the recruitment target

1. Fresh graduates:

(1) The fresh graduates in 2022 and unemployed graduates who have left school for two years are included in the national unified enrollment plan. The training method is not directional, and there is no labor (employment) relationship with any unit during the school period. They graduated on time and obtained corresponding degrees. Non-Beijing graduates must meet the requirements of the Administrative Measures for the Introduction of Graduates in Beijing.

(2) Returned overseas students who have obtained the academic certification of the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education and have not gone through the employment dispatch procedures in China must meet the employment settlement conditions stipulated by the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

2. Non-fresh graduates:

Persons who have obtained the required academic degree, have permanent residence in Beijing, have personnel and administrative relations in Beijing, are employed in China or are dispatched by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education.

3. Postdoctoral outbound personnel:

It should meet the requirements of the station-setting unit, obtain a postdoctoral certificate and go through the exit formalities before the end of 2022, and non-Beijing postdoctoral personnel must meet the requirements of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee for permanent residence in Beijing.

Third, the basic conditions of recruitment

Four. Work details and application methods

(2) Application method and evaluation process

1. Those who meet the requirements, please fill in the Information Form for Candidates of Beijing Finance and Trade Vocational College in 2022 (the first batch) truthfully (see Annex 3) and send the electronic version (in Excel format) to the employer's mailbox. 2. The school conducts qualification review and resume screening for applicants. Candidates who pass the preliminary examination will send a review notice by email or SMS. 3. The school set up an open recruitment working group to organize interviews, which are divided into initial and second interviews. The employer is responsible for organizing the trial lecture and grading it. The comprehensive scores are calculated according to the weight of 50% of the interview re-examination results and 50% of the trial lecture results, which are sorted in turn, and the candidates for trial lectures are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the actual number of participants in the trial lecture.

(2) Counselor posts and other professional and technical posts:

Candidates who have passed the initial interview (60 points or above) will be ranked according to the results of the initial interview, and will enter the interview for re-examination according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the actual number of people who participated in the initial interview (1:6).

4. The employer organizes job probation (no more than 1 week) to evaluate and score the performance of the candidates.

(1) Teacher post: The school calculates the comprehensive scores according to the weight of interview, re-examination, trial lecture and trial post accounting for 30%, 40% and 30% respectively, and sorts them in turn to determine the candidates to be hired.

(2) Counselor positions and other professional and technical positions: The school calculates the comprehensive scores according to the weights of initial examination, second examination and post trial accounting for 30%, 40% and 30% respectively, and sorts them in turn to determine the candidates to be hired.

6. After the school determines the candidate to be hired, the candidate to be hired will undergo a physical examination according to the regulations of the school and accept the psychological test and political examination of the school. Those approved by the school shall be publicized. Those who have no objection to publicity will be hired and go through the employment procedures.
