IV. Examination and assessment methods

This open recruitment adopts a combination of written examination and comprehensive quality assessment.

(1) Written examination

The written examination is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the examination work is undertaken by the Municipal Personnel Examination Center.

2. Organization method

(3) Interviews for comprehensive quality assessment generally adopt structured interviews. The qualifying score for the interview is 50% of the total interview score. The passing score for the professional additional examination is 50% of the total score for the professional additional examination. Those who fail will not be calculated into the comprehensive score.

(3) Comprehensive score calculation method

Applicants’ written test scores, professional additional test scores, interview scores, and comprehensive scores are all calculated using the percentage system. For positions without professional additional examinations, the comprehensive score will be calculated based on the proportion of written test score accounting for 50% and interview score accounting for 50%.

For positions with professional additional examinations, the comprehensive score will be calculated based on the proportion of written examination score accounting for 30%, professional additional examination score accounting for 30%, and interview score accounting for 40%.

Written test scores, professional additional test scores, interview scores, and comprehensive scores are calculated to two decimal places. If the overall scores are the same, an additional test will be organized on the spot.
