Nantong Gree Air Conditioning Maintenance 05 13)-68999-3 15

Fault 1: no response after power on (light does not flash, buzzer does not ring).

1): Check whether there is working voltage between the indoor unit terminal board 1 and 2 (198-242V).

2): Check whether the fuse is blown.

3): Check whether the transformer has normal output (yellow group 10v, white group 14v or so).

4): Check whether c2253 has 5v output. If it is too low, check C4-C7 for leakage.

Fault 2: Start-up indicator flashes, stops and displays EI.

1): EI will be displayed as soon as it is turned on.

A: Check whether the second and third positions of the six-core wire are connected. If there is no connection, it is an outdoor fault. Check whether the six-core wire connection is feasible and whether the high voltage protector, overcurrent protector and overheating protector are connected.

B: If 2-bit or 3-bit channels are used, it is a fault in the indoor control section.

2): Display EI after running for a period of time.

Check the working current. If the current reaches 10.3A(3HP) or 13.2A(5HP), it will be protected and then used as an overcurrent protector.

B: Check the high pressure of the system, and protect it when it reaches more than 27KG, which plays the role of pressure protection.

Specific inspection:

*: Whether the power supply is normal, whether there is a lack of phase, and whether the live wire and the neutral wire are mixed (current protection).

*: Whether the outdoor condenser is clean.

*: Whether the outdoor fan operates normally and whether the blades are broken.

*: Whether the pipeline is blocked and whether there is too much fluorine.

*: Whether the valve is fully opened.

*: Whether the installation position is appropriate.

Fault 3: After starting, the room temperature shows zero, so it cannot be cooled.

1): Check whether the indoor temperature sensor is broken.

2): Whether the temperature-sensitive plug is plugged in properly.

3): Check whether the resistance between the temperature-sensitive plug 1 and pin 4 of the display panel is 8.6K If it is lower than this value, the display panel C5 leaks electricity and can be removed.

Fault 4: E2 is displayed after starting or working for a period of time.

Cause: Improper frost protection of evaporator.

1): Check whether the indoor pipe temperature head is broken.

2): Whether the indoor temperature-sensing plug is plugged in properly.

3): Check whether the resistance value between the display panel 1 and pin 4 is 8.6K If it is lower than this value, the display panel C7 is leaking electricity, so just remove C7.

Fault 5: the temperature in the boot room shows 60 degrees, and the cooling is non-stop.

Cause: The indoor temperature sensor is short-circuited.

Check:

1): Whether there is water accumulated in the temperature-sensitive plug, causing water short circuit.

2): Whether the resistance of the indoor temperature sensor is normal (about 5K is normal).

Fault 6: When the indoor and outdoor fans are turned on, the display temperature is normal and the compressor does not start.

Check:

1): Whether there is a normal working voltage at position 4 of the six-core wire.

2): Whether the AC contactor is burnt out.

3): Whether the compressor capacitor and compressor are normal.

4): If 1, the second bit is the normal voltage when it is turned off, but it drops below100V after it is turned off, then the center line and three live wires of the power supply are not from one transformer.

Second, the split machine

Fault 1: There is no response after power-on (the light does not flash, the buzzer does not ring, and the remote controller does not receive it).

1): Check whether the voltage is normal (including between the socket and the indoor terminal 1, 3; Should be at198-242v), check whether the transformer has output (yellow group 10v, white group 14v or so).

If there is no output:

Check whether the fuse is blown.

B: Whether the input and output of the transformer are open.

C: whether the l line and COMP line are inserted backwards.

D: Whether the transformer input is done well.

2): Measure whether the 5v output voltage is normal (4.2-5.5v).

Fault 2: The compressor stops running about 10 minutes after refrigeration, and will not start again in the future.

Cause: The evaporator zero-temperature protection misoperation.

Check:

(1) whether the indoor pipeline is broken (25 degrees 5K).

(2) Whether the indoor pipe temperature plug is plugged in.

(3) 3) Whether C16 and C 17 are leaking or short-circuited.

Fault 3: The compressor does not work during refrigeration, and others work normally.

1): First check the power cord of the compressor. If the voltage is normal, it may be overload protection tripping, compressor capacitor damage or compressor burning.

Answer: If the current of the external machine is only 0. 1-0.3A, and the compressor feels hot, it will cool for a period of time (start for a few minutes, stop for a few minutes) before starting, then it will play the role of overload protector.

Should check:

* voltage is normal, low voltage compressor can't start, big current protector jumped.

* Whether the outdoor condenser is too dirty. If there is too much dust and oil, the heat exchange effect is poor, resulting in high pressure.

* Whether the installation position affects the air circulation of the condenser. The front space is at least 60cm, and the back space is at least 10cm.

* Whether the high and low pressure valves are all open.

* If the overload has changed, check whether the model is correct.

* If the above items are normal, it is likely that the system pipeline is blocked.

B: If the external machine is cold and the compressor doesn't start, it may be that the compressor capacitor, overload protector or compressor is broken, so it needs to be checked in detail.

2): If the compressor power cord does not output, it is the main control part problem.

Fault 4: the outdoor fan of the heating and cooling machine does not turn, and the others are normal.

(1): Check whether the fan line outside the control line has working voltage; If not, check it;

A: whether the input coil voltage of the external fan relay is12v;

B: same as faults 32) and d.

(2) Check whether the outdoor fan has voltage, and if not, check it.

A: Is the six-core plug inserted correctly?

B: Whether the control line is internally disconnected.

3): Check the fan capacitance.

4): If the above items are normal, it is a motor failure (such as burning of thermal protector).

Fault 5: the remote control distance is short or invalid, and the manual operation is normal.

L) Whether there is interference indoors (such as red light, TV, etc.). ).

2) Whether the receiving head is installed in place.

3) Check whether the input filtering electrolytic capacitor of C2253 or 7806 is invalid, causing AC wave interference of the power supply.

4) If the above is normal, you can replace the receiver or remote controller.

5) If the remote controller does not respond or often crashes after installing the battery, please check the voltage across capacitor c6. If it is less than 3V, it proves that the capacitor is leaking, so just remove it. Or replace the crystal oscillator.

Fault 6: Causes of air-conditioning water leakage:

1): During installation, the outdoor drainage hose is higher than the indoor unit, so it cannot drain water.

2): The drain hole is blocked with plastic blank.

3): The water tray is damaged or the water tray is not properly connected to all evaporators.

4): Sponge leaks.

5): The hose is broken or improperly connected.

6): Indoor joints are not wrapped with insulation pipes, resulting in condensed water.

(Failure analysis of cabinet connector)

Fault 7: The fuse will blow as soon as it is opened.

Inspection: Insulation between compressor terminal and casing is reduced or short-circuited.

Fault 8: LCD screen is short of pens and strokes.

Inspection: Remove the LCD screen, check for poor contact and reinstall it.

Fault 9: Handling of AC contactor of burning cabinet: Replace the original AC contactor and replace the wiring. The two lead-out wires of the coil were initially connected to the third and fourth positions of the circuit board TB2, but now they are connected to the second and fourth positions of TB2.

Fault 10: after the single-phase cabinet KF(R)-60/65LAK is started, the current is large, and the compressor does not start (stuck).
