5. Registration

6. Exam content, time and location

The exam adheres to the principles of "openness, fairness, impartiality, competition and merit selection". This exam adopts the method of "computer proficiency test + interview" form. Candidates who take the exam must take the computer proficiency test and interview at the time and place specified by the employer. Those who do not attend at the specified time and place will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(1) Computer Proficiency Test

1. Candidates must take the test with their original second-generation ID card. The computer proficiency test takes the form of on-site practical exercises, and the total score is 100 points. The computer proficiency test results are rounded to 2 decimal places.

2. After the computer proficiency test is completed, the candidates’ test scores will be calculated. According to the test scores, they will be sorted by position from high to low. They must meet the qualification standards and determine the interview candidates in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of exam positions. If the number of people who meet the qualifying standards is insufficient, the candidates will be determined based on the number of people who actually meet the qualifying standards. If there is a tie among the finalists, the tied candidates will be interviewed at the same time.

(2) Interview

1. Candidates who enter the interview must present their original second-generation ID card to participate in the interview. The interview will be conducted in the form of a fully closed structured interview. The total score will be 100 points. The interview score will be rounded to 2 decimal places.

2. After the interview, the candidate’s interview score and the candidate’s total score are calculated, and according to the order of the candidate’s total score from high score to low score, the candidates to participate in the physical examination and inspection are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of candidates for the position. (3) Score

The total score of the candidate = computer proficiency test × 40% + interview score × 60%.

The qualifying standard for both the computer proficiency test and interview scores is 60 points. Candidates who do not meet the qualifying standards will not be allowed to enter the next round of recruitment. The total test score shall be rounded to 3 decimal places. If the total scores of candidates for the same position are the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of the interview scores; if the interview scores are still the same, the ranking will be determined in the order of the scores given by the interview chief judge. If the scores from the chief judge are still the same, the highest total score will be the sum of the average of the remaining three scores after excluding the highest and lowest scores for the first question and the average of the remaining three after excluding the highest and lowest scores for the second question. 7. Physical Examination, Inspection and Publicity

(1) Physical Examination

(3) Public announcement

The employer shall select the candidates to be hired based on examination scores, physical examination results, and inspection results in accordance with prescribed procedures and standards.
