Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1

Article 2

Article 3

Article 6
The business scope of the Association is: industry exchanges, coordination and self-discipline, technical training, statistical research, editing and publishing of relevant industry publications, consulting services, domestic and foreign information technology exchanges, etc. .
Article 7
The association’s activity principles:
(1) Carry out activities in accordance with the approved charter, abide by relevant laws, regulations and policies, and abide by social Morality;

Chapter 3 Members
Article 8

Article 9
Any insurance company and other commercial intermediary organizations and representative offices related to the insurance industry that comply with the provisions of Article 8 and request to join the Association as members must report to the Association. The Association submits a written application and submits copies of the company's articles of association, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission's approval for the establishment of the company, the license issued by it, and the business license issued by the industrial and commercial administration department. Article 10
All companies that hold the “Registration Certificate for Permanent Representative Offices of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises” issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce with the approval of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission Representative offices of foreign-funded insurance institutions in Shanghai that recognize the Association's charter and are willing to fulfill their rights and obligations can submit a written application to the Association, submit copies of the above approval documents and registration certificates, and discuss and approve them with the Standing Council, they can become associate members of the Association. . Article 11

(2) Obligations of members:

Article 12
Rights and obligations of associate members:
(1) Rights of associate members:

2. Associate members have the right to participate in other activities organized by the association other than board meetings.
3. Associate members have the right to put forward opinions and suggestions on the work of the association.
(2) Obligations of associate members:

Article 13
Exemption from membership and associate membership.
Members or associate members who wish to withdraw from membership must submit a written statement. If a member fails to perform his obligations for two consecutive years or seriously violates the association's articles of association and rules and regulations; or if he commits other illegal acts, he or she may be given a verbal warning and a notice of criticism and punishment, depending on the severity of the case, after discussion and approval by the standing committee. Suspension of membership or expulsion must be approved by more than two-thirds of the Board of Directors.
Chapter 4 Organizational Structure
Article 14
The highest authority of the association is the general meeting of members. The general meeting is held every four years. When necessary, or when more than one-third of the members propose in writing, an extraordinary general meeting of members may be convened. The powers of the general meeting are:
(1) Formulate and amend the charter;
(2) Elect and remove directors;
(3) Review the work of the board of directors Reports and financial reports;
(4) Decide on the termination of the association.
Article 15
The general meeting of members shall be convened in accordance with the resolution of the board of directors and shall be presided over by the president. If the president is unable to perform for any reason, the president shall designate a vice president to preside over the meeting.
Article 16
The resolution passed by the general meeting must be approved by more than two-thirds of the member units present at the meeting, and must be approved by more than two-thirds of the number of members present at the general meeting. It is valid only if it is passed by a vote.
Article 17
The Association shall establish a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is the leading body that exercises the responsibilities and powers of the General Assembly during the closing period and is responsible to the General Assembly. Article 18
In order to facilitate the Association to carry out its daily work in a timely and efficient manner, the Association shall establish a Standing Council.
During the recess of the Board of Directors, the Standing Board of Directors shall exercise the responsibilities and powers specified in Article 17 (2), (5), (6) and (8).
Article 19
The Standing Council is convened by the President and meets once a quarter, and reports its work to the Board of Directors on behalf of the Standing Council.
Article 20
If a director is unable to attend the relevant meeting for some reason, he may authorize in writing to appoint a representative to participate; the board of directors and the standing board must have more than two-thirds of the directors and standing directors Only by attending can the meeting be convened. Other resolutions must be passed by more than two-thirds of the people present at the meeting to be effective.
Article 21
The Guild shall have a president and several vice-presidents. Elected by secret ballot at the Board meeting. The term of office of the president and vice-president is four years, and they may be re-elected upon expiration of their term, but the total number of terms shall not exceed two terms. The president of the association is the legal representative of the association and exercises the following functions and powers:
(1) Preside over the membership meeting, board of directors and standing committee;

Propose opinions and suggestions on economic policies and legislation; coordinate and discuss cooperation matters with relevant departments for the development of the insurance industry. (4) Sign important documents of the Association;
(5) Nominate and recommend candidates for the Secretary-General to the Board of Directors;
(6) Other powers granted by the Board of Directors;
(7) The vice president assists the president in his work. If the president is temporarily unable to perform his duties for any reason, the president shall designate the vice president in writing to perform the duties on his behalf.
Article 22
The president and vice president of the association must meet the following conditions:
(1) Have a greater influence in the industry ;
(2) The maximum working age shall not exceed 70 years old;
(3) Be in good health and able to work normally;

(5) Have full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 23
The association shall have a secretariat, which shall be the daily administrative organ of the association. Specifically responsible for the implementation of various resolutions of the General Assembly, the Council and the Standing Council;
Article 24
The Secretariat shall have a Secretary-General and several Deputy Secretary-Generals. The Secretary-General is nominated by the President, appointed by the Board of Directors, and is responsible to the Board of Directors. The Deputy Secretary-General assists the Secretary-General in his work;
Article 25
The Secretariat carries out daily work under the leadership of the Secretary-General. The work of the Secretariat and its staff must gradually become professional, youthful and informatized. The responsibilities of the Secretary-General are as follows:
(1) Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, organize and implement the resolutions of the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the Standing Board;
