Recently, I went to Xianyue Hospital to get a health certificate because of my work. I don't need photos. I just need to bring my ID card. Then I went to the physical examination center on the third floor of the outpatient hall, found a physical examination form at counter 4, filled in my name and other information, and then paid at the toll booth opposite to the right. Or 65 yuan (really the price of conscience). After the invoice is issued, I will take blood from the opposite side, then take an X-ray in Room 304, and finally go to 3265438+. You can get the health card with the invoice after 4 pm that day. This is fast enough.

Again, there are three kinds of health certificates. Ask clearly when applying, and then choose according to your own situation:
