Does FASCO want a thinner stewardess?

Different airlines have different requirements for flight attendants due to corporate culture, market positioning, passenger demand and other reasons. In some foreign airlines, they prefer to choose thin and exquisite stewardesses. This is not to say that people of other sizes can't become stewardesses, but because FASCO thinks petite women are more in line with their own image positioning and passengers' aesthetic preferences. Foreign airlines usually pay attention to passengers' comfort and service experience, while petite stewardesses are more likely to move flexibly in narrow cabins and provide efficient services. Foreign airlines will also consider factors such as aircraft load limit and space utilization efficiency and choose relatively small flight attendants. And that doesn't mean people of other sizes can't be stewardesses. Airlines usually consider many factors when recruiting flight attendants, including professional quality, language ability and service attitude.
