Project introduction of Xinjiang Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd.

The first-phase planning projects of Xinjiang Yihua are: 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of urea, 500,000 tons of caustic soda, 600,000 tons of PVC and its supporting projects (including 900,000 tons of blue charcoal and 900,000 tons of calcium carbide), 2 million tons of calcium carbide slag cement comprehensive utilization project, and 2×330MW self-provided thermal power plant. The above-mentioned project covers an area of about 4,000 mu, with a total investment of about 654.38+0.2 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, the sales revenue will be 654.38+0 billion yuan/year, the profit and tax will be 2 billion yuan/year, and about 4,000 people will be employed.

Xinjiang Yihua Phase II Project plans to continue to expand the production scale of PVC and urea, so that the total production capacity of PVC and urea will reach 6.5438+200,000 tons and 2 million tons respectively, and develop fine chemicals such as methanol, formaldehyde and pentaerythritol, and strive to make Yihua Industrial Park reach an output value of 32 billion yuan by the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.

Xinjiang Yihua 20 14 projects under construction include 80,000 tons of melamine, 450,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 6,543.8+0.5 million tons of methanol, 6,543.8+0.0 million tons of urea, 20,000 tons of pentaerythritol, LNG production from synthetic ammonia tail gas recovery, and baking-free brick production by comprehensive utilization of industrial waste residue.
