On February 20th, Ye Fawen, deputy director of Ganzhou Postal Administration Bureau, told reporters that at present, most express delivery enterprises in our city have resumed business, including postal service, SF Express, JD.COM, Suning and Dayun, which were operating normally during the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19. It is understood that in an extraordinary period, the Municipal Postal Administration has relevant requirements for express delivery enterprises that resume production and operation in terms of protective facilities, protective materials, personnel management and control, and production sites. All enterprises are required to have protective facilities in place, and protective articles such as masks, disinfectant and infrared thermometers should be guaranteed. Conditional enterprises should set up single and single isolation places to isolate migrant workers as required. Implement closed management, control personnel's entry and exit, and prohibit extraneous personnel from entering the production site. Implement a health monitoring system for all employees, check the temperature of the employees entering and leaving, and those with fever, cough and other symptoms are not allowed to enter. Enterprises should strengthen environmental sanitation management, achieve regular ventilation, maintain air circulation, turn on air conditioners as little as possible, and suspend the use of central air conditioners. At the same time, it is necessary to disinfect public facilities, regularly disinfect vehicles that deliver parcels, and disinfect each courier.
