The relevant matters are now announced as follows.
1. Applicants and professional scope
(1) Applicants. Henan Police College’s public security major graduated in 2015; Railway Police College’s public security major graduated from Henan in 2015.
(2) Professional scope. Undergraduate public security majors are: public security, investigation, domestic security, criminal science and technology, public security audio-visual technology, economic crime investigation, police dog technology, public security management, foreign-related policing, security engineering, traffic management engineering, police command and Tactics, narcotics, criminology, public security intelligence, network security and law enforcement.
The junior public security majors are: public security management, special police, police security management, traffic management, information network security supervision, police management, police command and tactics, criminal science and technology, police dog technology, criminal investigation, Domestic security, economic crime investigation, and drug control.
2. Qualifications for applicants
(1) Those who meet the following qualifications can apply:
1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Republic of China ;
2. Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China;
3. Have good conduct;
4. Be above 18 years old and 30 years old Under the age of 1;
5. Have a college degree or above;
6. Have the physical condition to perform the duties of the people's police normally;

3. Registration
This registration will be done on-site.

3. Relevant requirements:
(1) Graduates who meet the application requirements shall fill in the "Henan Province 2015 Public Security Bureau" under the organization of Henan Police College and Railway Police College. 4. The qualification review for this recruitment runs through the entire process of examination and recruitment. The information and relevant materials submitted by candidates when registering must be true and valid. 4. Physical Fitness Assessment
Applicants who pass the qualification review will participate in the physical fitness assessment.
The items, standards and procedures for physical fitness assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the national and provincial regulations on the recruitment of civil servants and people's police.
Candidates who pass the physical fitness test must pay the written examination fee according to regulations. The written examination fee is 30 yuan per person per subject*** 90 yuan in total, and receive an admission ticket. The specific time and place for collecting the admission ticket will be notified later.
5. Examination
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written examination
The subjects of the written examination are administrative professional ability test, application essay and basic knowledge of public security law enforcement. The full score for each subject is 100 points. For the scope of the administrative professional aptitude test and application papers, refer to the syllabus for the public service subject examination for civil servants recruited for the 2015 annual examination of the central agencies and their directly affiliated agencies; for the scope of the examination of basic knowledge of public security law enforcement, refer to the syllabus for the basic level examination of people's police law enforcement qualifications of public security organs.
Written test score = administrative professional ability test × 30% + essay × 30% + basic knowledge of public security law enforcement × 40%.
Based on the results of the written examination, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Public Security, and the Provincial Civil Service Bureau will study and determine the passing score line for the written examination.

(2) Interview
Based on the written test scores, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined.
Those who are absent from one subject of the written examination, cheated, or received a score of zero, or whose scores in the written examination do not reach the passing mark, will not be allowed to enter the interview.
The interview is worth 100 points and will be conducted in the form of a structured interview.
Participants in the interview will receive the interview notice as required. The time and place for receiving the interview notice will be notified later.
Before the interview, the candidates are divided into groups, and each group participates in the interview in different interview rooms. After the interview, the quadratic average method is used to balance the original interview scores of the candidates, and the balanced scores are the interview scores.
Based on the interview situation, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Public Security, and the Provincial Civil Servant Bureau will study and determine the passing score for the interview.
3. The total test score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%.
Written test scores, original interview scores, interview scores, and total exam scores are all calculated to two decimal places.
6. Physical Examination
Based on the total test scores, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined. Those who are absent from the exam, cheated, etc. during the interview, or whose interview scores do not meet the passing score, will not be allowed to enter the physical examination.
The items, standards and procedures of the physical examination shall be implemented in accordance with the national and provincial regulations for the recruitment of civil servants and people's police.
7. Selection of positions
Those who have passed the physical examination will be publicly selected for positions in order of their total test scores from high to low.
If the total test scores are the same, the children of public security heroes will be given priority in choosing positions; other personnel will be sorted according to their written test scores from high to low. If the scores in the written test are the same, they will be sorted from high to low by the scores in the Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test; if the scores in the Administrative Vocational Ability Test are also the same, the ranking will be determined by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Department of Public Security, and the Provincial Civil Service Bureau.
Applicants are not allowed to choose positions that will constitute a avoidance relationship after being hired.
8. Inspection
Determine the inspection objects based on the position selection situation.
The inspection work was carried out in accordance with the national and provincial regulations on the recruitment of civil servants and people's police.
9. Determination of candidates to be hired and announcement
Based on the examination, position selection and inspection, the candidates to be hired will be selected based on their merit.
The list of personnel to be recruited will be published on the website of the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the website of the Henan Provincial Department of Public Security, the website of the Henan Provincial Civil Service Bureau, and the Henan Police College and Railway Police College. The publicity period is 7 days.
10. Recruitment
After the announcement, the recruitment review and approval procedures will be carried out according to the management authority.
The minimum service period for newly recruited personnel is 5 years (including probation period). During this period, they are not allowed to be transferred to units other than front-line law enforcement units at the grassroots level of public security. Before going through the recruitment approval procedures, the personnel to be hired must sign a service agreement.
The probation period for newly hired personnel is one year, and during the probation period they should receive initial training. After the probation period expires, the employer will conduct an assessment. Those who pass the assessment will be appointed, and those who fail will be canceled according to regulations.
