In addition, it is also stipulated that the lowest grade and the highest grade are not less than 60% of the average monthly salary of social workers, and the highest grade is 300% of the average monthly salary of employees. Generally, the lowest grades are mostly.

In addition, if we apply for social security, it is better for the second unit to pay it, because the unit will bear a large part of the expenses for us, thus reducing the pressure on our own payment.

The minimum payment period of endowment insurance is 180 months, that is, 15 years. You can give more, and then you can get more. At the same time, the pension insurance can accumulate payment years, that is, intermittent payment is allowed. Medical insurance needs at least 25/30 years. When you reach retirement age, you can apply for pension benefits and medical reimbursement (as long as the fee is renewed, it is also possible at ordinary times).

Therefore, your old-age insurance can be renewed or not, as long as it has been paid for at least 15 years.

However, there is a three-month buffer period from the date of suspension of medical insurance, and the regular payment of relevant benefits will not be affected, otherwise the payment period will need to be accumulated again and medical reimbursement will not be available.

There is generally a late payment fee for overdue payment, which is calculated at 2 ‰ per day.
