But the first thing after receiving the order is to wait for the materials: according to the prior agreement, I arranged two groups to make this order, and it is planned to start cutting on June 5 10, and the workshop will go online on June 10. One day before cutting 10, our salesman urged the cloth and accessories, and the other party replied no problem, and the goods arrived in two days. Two days later, the salesman urged again, and the other party promised to arrive on September 30. On September 30th, I finally looked forward to the return of raw materials to the factory. When I counted, I found that there was a face cloth but no lining cloth, buttons and no zipper. How can I open the goods in such a mismatched workshop? When the warehouse supervisor reported to me, I was so anxious that I rushed to XX Company and found a merchandiser. The documentary said it was impossible. I sent it all to you. How did this happen? When I showed her the invoice, she said that the cloth factory was on holiday now, and I would definitely help you get it back after the National Day (7 days holiday). I have heard what she said, so I can't slap her in the face. I arranged for two groups of 6 or 70 people to wait for the rice to be cooked. Seven days later, it is 10 June 7th. It will take at least ten days for the cloth to be returned, shrunk, patterned, pre-produced, approved, embroidered and printed. Let alone the impact on the delivery date, which led to the suspension of our two groups and other materials. Who will pay their wages? At present, no goods are packed and left, and parking spaces are more precious than "national treasures". I have to keep these "national treasures"! When I prepare the goods to be shipped, the resident QC will open the box for inspection. The QC in the factory opened one box after another and checked one after another. It's not good here, it's wrong there, it's not accepted here, and it needs to be reworked there. Oh, my God! You dead QC, you sleep in our factory every day, and you can't find any problems in the production process, and you can't do it left or right when you ship. What should I do as a processing factory? Rework wastes manpower, material resources and financial resources, and more importantly, the goods have already expired. Delivery is death (processing fee will be deducted), and failure to deliver is death (reputation of our factory is damaged). In order to survive, I have to offend you, a god. Tell your company that the goods are out and take cash to get them! Even if I don't add money, I will respect you! I'm not afraid to go to court with you (who told you not to sign the contract). It is very important to strengthen the ideological quality and professional level training of outbound salesmen and resident QC, and stabilizing outbound salesmen and resident QC team is beneficial to outbound work. Resident QC and merchandiser are a window of the company, and their words and deeds represent the image of the company; The quality of their work directly affects the interests of the company; The post of outbound merchandiser and QC is ethical and represents the reputation of the company. Therefore, the responsibility of the outbound merchandiser and the resident QC is great, which is more important than Mount Tai.
