(1) Possession of Chinese nationality.

(3) Full-time doctoral students from well-known universities abroad, domestic "double-class" universities or former 985 and 211 engineering colleges.

(4) having an associate senior professional title and being under 4 years of age. With senior professional and technical titles, the age can be relaxed to 45 years old. The age is calculated to June 3, 221.
