Article 1 The appointment or dismissal of the company’s general manager and secretary to the board of directors shall be decided by the board of directors; the appointment or dismissal of the company’s deputy general manager, financial controller and other senior management personnel shall be nominated by the general manager and shall take effect upon approval by the board of directors.

Article 2 The general manager is the person with the highest authority for personnel decision-making in the company. The Human Resources Department is solely responsible for the implementation of personnel management. When personnel decision-making and management involve various units and departments, each unit and department should actively cooperate.

Article 3 The general manager is responsible for appointing or dismissing all personnel except those who should be appointed or dismissed by the board of directors. The general manager makes personnel decisions on the transfer, promotion, resignation, salary increase, appointment and dismissal of senior management personnel, and delegates human rights to each unit and factory director (manager) regarding the transfer, promotion, resignation, salary increase, and appointment of middle-level cadres and employees.

Article 4 The Human Resources Department shall be responsible for handling specific personnel changes based on the personnel decisions of the general manager and the authorized factory director (manager), and shall be responsible for keeping and organizing the files and personnel information of relevant personnel.

Article 5 The human resources department of each unit must make a timely written report to the company's human resources department on the registered number, attendance, transfer and other changes of cadres and employees in the department.

Article 6 If each unit needs to add personnel, it should submit a written application according to the personnel management authority. The Human Resources Department will understand and review the applied personnel matters, put forward correct proposals, and submit them to the general manager or With the approval of the factory director (manager), recruitment or deployment will be implemented according to the relevant instructions of the leader.

Article 7 The recruitment of personnel must be approved by the general manager or factory director (manager). The Human Resources Department and the personnel department of each unit handle the probation procedures for new employees. The probation period is 3 months. The person in charge of the probation department shall make a written identification of the probationer and provide his or her attendance record.

Article 8 The company must sign a labor contract with all employees. The labor contract must be made in two copies. One copy shall be retained by the employee and the other shall be archived by the human resources department of each unit. At the same time, each unit must also report to the company’s human resources department. Submit a copy to the Ministry for record.

Article 9 Personnel training shall be carried out by the Human Resources Department at the beginning of the year, based on the required training objectives, objects, courses, teaching materials and budget. The training period must be serious and the training results shall be included in the Assessment basis.

Article 10: Each unit shall report the employment of temporary workers to the Human Resources Department as needed. After approval by the factory director (manager), the Human Resources Department and the Personnel Department of each unit shall arrange and implement the employment and dismissal procedures.
