Lugu Auto World is directly under the jurisdiction of Changsha High-tech Zone Management Committee. Changsha Lugu Automobile World Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lugu Automobile World") was established on 2011,and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Lugu Construction and Development Co., Ltd. under Changsha Hi-Tech Holding Group. The company is mainly engaged in centralized automobile sales market management and service, investment and development, operation, RV sales and leasing, and real estate investment and development of related automobile projects.
