First, the definition of local marketers
Local marketing personnel are the supplementary force of the company's marketing team, and are not included in the company's official marketing personnel sequence, so they will be assessed separately.
Employment mode: local marketers implement labor dispatch system and sign labor dispatch employment contracts with labor service companies.
Second, the recruitment plan
Each branch or office puts forward the use plan of local marketing personnel according to the market demand, which is submitted to the chairman of the company for approval and implementation after the preliminary examination by the main leaders of the division and the audit by the Human Resources Department.
The human resources department is responsible for guiding and assisting the labor service companies that have signed labor dispatch contracts with the company to do the specific recruitment work.
Third, the recruitment conditions

2. Performance pay:
(1) Performance pay = reward base × assessment score

(3) Assessment score: each branch shall formulate assessment standards for key indicators according to the situation, and report them to the Human Resources Department for filing together with the attendance of the current month after being approved by the Division. The branch is responsible for scoring the monthly assessment, with the upper limit of comprehensive score not exceeding 120, and the average comprehensive score of the same type of personnel in branches and offices not exceeding 100.

(5) The performance pay of salesmen employed in skynet project and group buying positions shall be formulated separately.

1. Comprehensive subsidy for communication, public transportation and meals: 600 yuan/month.
2, midway fee subsidies:
(1) If the market outside the province is independently responsible for the two county-level markets, it can be reported to 200 yuan for a monthly stopover fee subsidy.
(2) the market outside the province, which is independently responsible for the market in three counties and above or prefecture-level cities (including suburban counties), can be reported to the 400 yuan every month.
3. Long-distance fee subsidy:
(1) Those who arrange to work in the market outside the province and across prefecture-level cities can report the long-distance fee subsidy to 200 yuan every month.
(2) In the market outside the province, people who generally arrange work across provinces can report long-distance fee subsidies to 400 yuan every month.
(3) For the market outside the province, people who are arranged to work in remote provinces (limited to: Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Inner Mongolia) across provinces can report long-distance fee subsidies to 800 yuan every month.
(4) Long-distance expenses incurred in going to Nanjing and Suqian for business with the approval of the branch or office director due to work need shall be reimbursed by computer tickets, and the accommodation allowance shall be implemented according to the general business personnel standards of Nanjing or Suqian branch.
4. Rent subsidy
If the work is arranged across cities at or above the prefecture level, the following rental subsidies will be given according to different regions:
(1) county-level market, with the standard of 400 yuan/month.
(2) The urban market of prefecture-level cities, with the standard of 500 yuan/month.
(3) The provincial capital city, the standard is 700 yuan/month.
(3) Welfare part
1. The labor dispatch company shall provide basic old-age insurance, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance for local marketers.
2. Do not enjoy other welfare benefits.
(4) Relevant regulations
1. In the month of assessment, local marketers who have resigned or are going through resignation procedures will not enjoy the performance appraisal salary of that month.
2. The basic salary and comprehensive subsidy shall be calculated according to the on-the-job time of local employees (except statutory holidays and national holidays).
3. Entrusted by the labor dispatch company, the human resources department is responsible for guiding and assisting the preparation, review and distribution of wages and benefits of local marketers.
Sixth, other incentives.
In order to encourage local marketers to improve their business level and actively carry out their work, local marketers with outstanding work performance can be employed as the company's staffing personnel (signing labor contracts with the company) after assessment.
