Bolts, fixed angle steel, flat pads and spring washers must be flattened, so that the angle steel is close to the structural layer, and the screws are fixed with resin glue to prevent loosening; When the connector is connected with the fixed angle steel, it must be tightened after adjustment, and the nut is fixed with resin glue to prevent loosening; Check and accept the construction of internal expansion pin, conduct spot checks and tests at any time, and make hidden records.

Quality control of stone flat-fell seam construction

According to the treatment method of stone flat-fell seam, one is that the plates are naturally connected without leaving seams. The disadvantage of this method is that it is easy to limit the thermal expansion and cold contraction of plates due to temperature difference, so it is not suitable for extensive use in external walls; Second, take off the seam, the plate gap is generally 6~ 10mm, which is generally evenly filled with foam rubber strip and sealed with weather-resistant silicone adhesive.

The caulking agent has a warranty and various indicators; Before caulking, the stone should be treated according to the joint, and the dirt and dust on the wall should be blown off with an air compressor; Fill the inner side of the plate with foam plastic strips, and the depth of pressing should be uniform according to the depth of joint filling, and the number of pressed joints should not be too loose, so as to control the depth of joint filling; When caulking, be sure to stick tape paper at the joint to prevent the joint from polluting the stone surface; When caulking, the caulking agent must be continuous, dense and full.
