Job responsibilities of engineering recruitment:

1. Ensure the safety of all team members and guests, including understanding and observing the requirements of Beijing Universal Resort and following the current UBR? Policies, procedures and training, and actively perform environmental, health and safety responsibilities. Proactively manage safety issues, including continuous job safety analysis, ensure that relevant personnel use appropriate personal protective equipment, and discuss safety issues with the team regularly. Set safety improvement goals for the team, provide guidance to ensure the realization of the goals, and communicate all the goals to the team.

2. Work with the supervisor to develop, implement and continuously optimize the reliability process, including data collection, data mining and reliability analysis, and provide suggestions for improvement.

3. Lead all predictive maintenance (PdM) activities to identify potential faults, including thermal imaging inspection, ultrasonic inspection, vibration analysis and lubricating oil analysis.

4. Work closely with the scenic maintenance department and support department to optimize the overall maintenance plan to achieve the best life cycle cost and the minimum planned and unplanned downtime.

5. Develop and track the reliability dashboard of scenic spots.

6. Establish and manage the daily and capital budget of the responsible area, including all capital and operating expenses required to achieve the objectives.

7. Lead PdM technical training and reliability knowledge and practice to the technical service department.

8. Complete other assigned tasks.
