How to apply for Shantou tobacco certificate online

You can't apply for a tobacco retail license online, but you can apply to the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

1. To apply for a new tobacco production and operation license, the following materials shall be submitted: 1, application form for a new tobacco monopoly license; 2. Certificate of establishment of the enterprise, in which the enterprise that produces and deals in tobacco products shall submit the documents approved by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau; 3, the legal representative's documents and identity certificate; 4. Copy of industrial and commercial business license or notice of pre-approval of enterprise name; 5. Other materials required by the examination and approval authority.

2. To apply for a tobacco retail license, the following materials shall be submitted: 1. Application form for new tobacco monopoly license; 2, individual industrial and commercial households, the legal representative or the person in charge of the enterprise identity certificate; 3. House ownership certificate or house lease agreement; 4. Other materials required by the examination and approval authority.
