Taxi driver recruitment conditions

1. Males must be under 45 years old, and females must be under 45 years old. Be under 40 years old, have a household registration in Guangdong Province (original place), graduate from junior high school or above, and be in good health;

2. Have a motor vehicle driving license issued by the city’s public security department and have more than two years of driving experience , and drive safely, with no record of major traffic accidents;

3. Drivers who do not have permanent residence in this city should go through the city’s labor employment and temporary resident population management procedures in accordance with relevant regulations, and provide more than one year’s Temporary residence permit;

4. Participate in professional ethics, civilized service standards, job knowledge and passenger transport management regulations and other knowledge training, and pass the examination of the municipal transportation administrative department;

Taxi driver recruitment process

1. Registration

Applicants for drivers must bring their driver’s license, ID card, household register, temporary residence permit, business qualification certificate and a small one-inch Bring 2 color photos to the company's designated recruitment site to register, fill out the "Driver Recruitment Application Form", and accept an interview.

2. Preliminary review

3. Physical examination

Applicants are required to bring the physical examination fee and a small one-inch color photo to the designated hospital for a physical examination on the date specified by the company.

4. Technical assessment on boarding the vehicle

5. Approval

The persons in charge of the Operations Management Department, Safety Management Department, and Finance Department will conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant's driver's personal credit file and notify the candidate to go through the recruitment procedures.

6. Onboarding Process

Drivers who pass the comprehensive assessment must hold their driver's license, ID card, household register, temporary residence permit, labor manual, unemployment certificate, family planning certificate, Work qualification certificate and 6 small one-inch color photos for entry procedures.
