1. Selection of positions

There are 10 grassroots police officers, including 8 males and 2 females.

2. Scope conditions

(1) Application scope

People’s police of public security agencies across the country (excluding public security agencies in railway, civil aviation and other industries).

(2) Application conditions

Applicants should apply according to the cadre management authority, after review and approval by the organizational personnel department, and meet the following conditions:

1 . Have a firm political stance and excellent political quality, strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve "two safeguards";

2. Have good professional qualities, good conduct and performance Outstanding and recognized by the masses;

3. 3. Registration and preliminary qualification review

1. Registration time: from the date of announcement to March 3, 2023 (excluding holidays).

2. The written test is a closed-book test with a full score of 100 points and a time of 120 minutes.

The written examination mainly covers current affairs politics, policy theory and the "Five Laws and One Regulation" (i.e., "People's Police Law", "Criminal Law", "Criminal Procedure Law", "Public Security Management Punishment Law", "State Compensation" Law", "Regulations on the Use of Police Equipment and Weapons by the People's Police") and other aspects.

After the written test, the candidates with the highest written test scores will be selected for interviews in the ratio of 1:2 according to the selection plan. Those with the lowest written test scores will enter the interview at the same time.

(4) Interview

The interview is conducted in a structured manner, with a full score of 100 points and a duration of 10 minutes. It mainly tests the candidate's logical thinking ability, language expression ability and adaptability, as well as knowledge accumulation, psychological quality, appearance, etc. .

The interview questions are entrusted by the Office of the People’s Police Work Leading Group of the County Open Selection Public Security Bureau to relevant departments.

The interview will be conducted in the form of drawing lots, on-the-spot scoring and on-the-spot scoring, and will be signed by the candidates for confirmation.

Written test scores, interview scores, and comprehensive scores will be announced to 2 decimal places.

If the overall scores are tied, the decimal places will be used to determine the order.
