How many districts and counties are there in Chizhou?

Chizhou, which belongs to Anhui Province, is located on the south bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, with Tongling in the east, Huangshan in the south, Anqing across the river in the north and Lushan, Jiujiang in Jiangxi, Jingdezhen and Shangrao in the west. It covers an area of 8,399 square kilometers, and the permanent population at the end of 2022 is 1.328 million. It has jurisdiction over Guichi District, dongzhi county, shitai county, Qingyang County, Jiuhuashan Scenic Area, Wanjiang Jiangnan Emerging Industry Concentration Zone and national Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Guichi District, which is high in the south and low in the north, is surrounded by mountains and waters, and is divided into mountainous areas, hills and polder areas, showing a stepped distribution. It belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate zone. The soils are mainly red soil, yellow brown soil, fluvo-aquic soil and paddy soil.
