Notice on agreeing to accept graduates from non-Shanghai schools
The "Notice on Accepting Non-Shanghai College Graduates for Employment in Shanghai" is issued directly by the Shanghai College Graduates Employment Guidance Center to the companies where students are employed. The premise is that the student applies and submits qualified materials and is awarded after approval.

"2010 Measures for the Acceptance of Household Registration in Shanghai for Fresh Graduates from General Colleges and Universities with Non-Shanghai Origins to Seek Employment in Shanghai"
1. Basics Conditions
Graduates from non-Shanghai universities who apply for Shanghai household registration must meet the following basic conditions:
(1) Graduates from non-Shanghai universities and colleges Students must meet the following basic conditions
1. Have good conduct, be physically and mentally healthy, and have no illegal or disciplinary records or behaviors while in school;
2. Excellent academic performance and have the required foreign language and computer skills Application ability;
3. Generally, they are fresh graduates or fresh undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities in Shanghai, ordinary universities affiliated to ministries (commissions, offices, bureaus) of the State Council, and local ordinary universities included in the "211 Project" ;

(2) Conditions that employers should meet
Employers are generally party and government agencies, public institutions, social groups, and private non-enterprise units registered within the administrative region of this city (legal persons) and all types of enterprises that are in line with the city’s industrial development, have a registered capital of RMB 1 million (inclusive) or more, and were registered before March 1, 2009 (enterprises started by fresh college graduates are not restricted, except Legal person enterprises must meet the relevant conditions in Part 3, Paragraph 7).
If employers who do not meet the above conditions need to introduce fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities from non-Shanghai sources, they must submit a proposal to the Office of the Shanghai Joint Conference on Employment of College Graduates within one month after the start of the acceptance work in 2010. Applications will be accepted after review and approval.
2. Basic academic requirements
Graduates from non-Shanghai universities who apply for Shanghai household registration and are employed in Shanghai must meet the following requirements in terms of academic performance and foreign language computer application ability. :
(1) Basic requirements for academic performance: Corresponding academic certificates and degree certificates should be obtained.
(2) Foreign language proficiency requirements: Obtain a college foreign language certificate IV or a certificate with a CET-4 score of 425 points (including 425 points) or above.
(3) Computer application ability requirements: Obtain a computer application ability proficiency examination certificate issued by the education administration department at or above the provincial (municipal) level ("Level 1" for liberal arts majors, "First Class" for science and engineering majors) "Level 2". Graduate students and undergraduates majoring in mathematics, electronic information science, electrical information, management science and engineering are exempt from submission)
The majors studied are physical education and art. For graduates whose foreign language and computer application abilities are not subject to the above requirements.
3. Application Materials
For fresh graduates from ordinary colleges and universities who are not from Shanghai and are applying for employment in Shanghai, the employer must submit a report to the Shanghai Student Affairs Center (Shanghai College Graduates) Submit the following application materials to the Student Employment Guidance Center):
(1) Completed "Application Form for Household Registration for Fresh Graduates from General Colleges and Universities from Non-Shanghai Sources to Apply for Employment in Shanghai" (including "Academic Performance Evaluation Form", Graduation Graduate students must specify the secondary discipline code and name of the graduate's studies in the evaluation form (which can be downloaded from the Shanghai University Graduate Employment Information Network).
(2) Graduate recommendation form stamped by the graduate employment department of the school (or training unit).
(3) A completed employment agreement (if the agreement contains content that the employment agreement will be terminated if the graduate fails to complete the settlement procedures, it will not be accepted).
(4) Transcripts (by semester) stamped by the academic affairs department of the school (or training unit).
(5) Copies of foreign language and computer grade certificates stamped by the academic affairs department or employment department of the school (or training unit).
(6) Copies of various award certificates (originals to be verified) that graduates received during their highest academic stage of study, stamped by the employment department of the school (or training unit), check out Baokuao Two aspects:

(1) Household registration certificate issued by the police station of the place where the parents moved in that year;
(2) Proof of work experience of both parents or one of the parents in the "branch" or "in-branch";

3. Graduates who are married and have been separated for more than one year (excluding less than one year) before the filing deadline must provide:

4. 5. The deadline for acceptance is May 31, 2010 (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). All types of bonus materials will no longer be accepted after the deadline.

Note: The above-mentioned employers shall be recognized by relevant industry authorities and reported to the Shanghai Joint Conference Office for Employment of College Graduates for confirmation.
3. Standard points
The standard points are the basic qualification points for non-Shanghai students to apply for Shanghai household registration when they come to Shanghai for employment. Non-Shanghai college graduates who are employed in Shanghai can apply for Shanghai household registration if their cumulative scores in various factors are not lower than the standard score; if the score is lower than the standard score, they can apply for a "Shanghai Residence Permit" for talents.
The standard score is determined by the Shanghai Joint Conference Office on Employment of College Graduates based on the requirements of the municipal government’s household registration population mechanical growth control requirements.
