The third is the lack of management ability. First of all, the founding teams of many enterprises do not have the ability to fully operate a startup company; Secondly, many enterprise executives do not have the ability to run an automobile enterprise with limited resources.
The ability to run a startup is completely different from the ability to control a mature enterprise.
