3) If the pressure pipe is worn and cracked for a long time, or the pressure pipe leaks due to poor contact or disconnection with the water level switch and the gas nozzle of the outer barrel, the water will not stop flowing, because the computer board mistakenly thinks that the water level does not stop flowing because of insufficient pressure, and the water level switch does not act. At this time, check whether the pressure pipe is worn, and whether there is poor contact or disconnection at the two joints;

4) After being used for a long time, the pressure cannot be transmitted to the pressure switch because the gas nozzle is blocked by foreign objects. At this time, unscrew the big nut, then take out the inner barrel and take out the foreign body that blocks the gas nozzle.

2. There is no water

1) Turn on the power and put your ear close to the water inlet valve to see if there is a "buzzing" sound. If yes, check whether the tap water is cut off, turn off the faucet, unscrew the water inlet connector, and check whether the filter screen of the water inlet valve is blocked by foreign objects. If the filter screen is pulled out for cleaning, the water inlet valve should be replaced if the problem is not solved, and the valve core of the water inlet valve may be stuck and cannot be opened;

2) If the water inlet valve doesn't buzz, trying to replace the computer board at this time may be the problem.

3, no dehydration

1) First, check the safety switch. When the washing machine is powered on, the program is adjusted to the dehydration state. Press the brake arm of the safety switch to the lowest position by hand or tool. If the computer board gives an alarm, the digital tube requires "E 1", and the safety switch or computer board should be replaced at this time.

2) If the brake arm of the safety switch can be dehydrated normally after being pressed by hand or tool, it means that the power-off distance of the safety switch is low, and the safety switch should be replaced at this time;

3) If there is only a pulsator, and the inner drum does not rotate in the dehydrated state, check whether the traction machine has separated the pawl and ratchet of the clutch. If there is no possibility that the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose and worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance, then readjust the distance of the adjusting rod to separate the pawl and ratchet wheel of the clutch;

4) If the water level sensor is defective or welded in the dehydrated state with the cover closed, causing the computer board to mistakenly think that the drainage is overtime, the buzzer will give an alarm, and the water level sensor should be replaced at this time;

4, no drainage

1) First, check whether the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose, which makes the tractor unable to open the drain valve spool, and then fix the nut so that it can open the drain valve spool;

2) If the nut is not loose or the cable is not loose, the tractor may be damaged and the valve core of the drain valve cannot be opened. At this time, the tractor will be replaced;

3) It is also possible that the drain valve is blocked by sundries, so the drain valve cover should be unscrewed first to take out sundries;

4) If the problem remains unresolved, the computer board may be damaged and should be replaced.

5. Laundry is noisy.

1) First, identify where the sound comes from. If it is under the pulsator, unscrew the screw of the pulsator and take it out to see if there are any foreign objects under it, because if you don't pay attention to the washing machine when using it, small things such as coins in your clothes pocket may drill to the bottom of the pulsator along the gap between the pulsator and the inner barrel, causing the sound of the pulsator hitting the foreign objects when washing. 6, dehydration has a noise

1) First, check whether the clothes in the bucket are placed unilaterally, and put away the noise caused by dehydration and shaking. At this time, open the cover plate and put the clothes evenly;

2) Check whether there are foreign objects between the inner barrel, pulsator and outer barrel in the same way as the washing noise. If there are foreign objects, take them out;

3) It may be that the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose or worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance, which makes the pawl and ratchet of the clutch rub against each other during rotation, resulting in abnormal sound. At this time, adjust the position of the adjusting rod;

4) Otherwise, the problem lies in the motor or clutch.

7, can't open the power supply.

1) If the power switch is pressed, it will immediately jump up and reset. It may be damaged, so the power switch should be replaced;

2) If the power supply is not connected, it may jam the keys or damage the computer board;

3) Due to improper use by users, the computer board may be affected by water or moisture, which may lead to misoperation due to internal short circuit of the computer board. As soon as the power supply is connected, the reset coil of the power switch is instructed to cut off the power supply, and the computer board should be replaced at this time.

8. Drain while draining water

1) First, check whether the valve core of the drain valve is stuck in the power-off state to see if the valve core rod is in place. Otherwise, the internal spring may get stuck. At this point, unscrew the valve cover, check whether there is any foreign body stuck or damaged and replace it.

2) If the drain valve is normal, check whether the traction rod of the tractor is in place and whether it is flexible to pull and return the traction rod by hand. If it is stuck, it means that the tractor is damaged and should be replaced;

3) If the tractor is normal, does it act when the power supply is turned on and the drain valve core is shaken to drain water, indicating that the computer board program has been disordered, and the computer board should be replaced.

9, dehydration weakness

1) First, check whether the belt is worn. Pinch it with two fingers. If the belts on both sides can collide, it means that the belts are worn. At this time, you can adjust the position of the motor and tighten the belt. However, if the belt is worn too much or the motor position cannot be adjusted, the belt should be replaced.

2) If the belt is normal, try to replace the capacitor at this time;

3) If it has not been solved, the problem may appear on the computer board, and the SCR controlling the motor has been damaged. At this time, it can be measured whether the voltage is normal when the motor is running. If it is abnormal, replace the computer board;

4) The motor is damaged and should be replaced.

5) The square wire torsion spring of the clutch becomes larger in wear diameter and rusts, which makes the square wire torsion spring unable to hold the dehydration shaft tightly and drives the dehydration barrel to operate normally. Replace the torsion spring or clutch.

10. During the operation of the dewatering barrel, it suddenly stops running and becomes a water-filled state.

1) The whole machine is placed unevenly, the whole body is unbalanced during operation, and the shaking amplitude is too large. The computer board automatically judges the clothes imbalance, and the water inlet corrects the imbalance. Solution: adjust the balance of the fuselage or put the clothes away and close the machine cover.

2) If the clothes in the bucket are tilted to one side or the contact pressure of the safety switch is not enough, the safety switch will be impacted by vibration, and the computer board will stop running, and the water inlet rinsing program will be switched to correct the unbalanced state in the bucket.

3) Solution: Adjust the contact pressure of the safety switch or replace the safety switch.

The fracture of the root of the square wire torsion spring keeps the square wire torsion spring in working condition, tightly grasps the dewatering shaft and makes the impeller run in one direction. The solution is as above.

2) The computer board cleaning thyristor is damaged, or the computer board lead is disconnected from the motor lead. Solution: Disassemble the wiring package, check whether the lead is open, and reconnect it if there is a short circuit. If it is normal, the computer board should be replaced.

13, dehydration vibration is large.

1) balance ring leaks salt water. When running at high speed, the salt water is insufficient, which leads to the eccentricity of the barrel, so that the balance ring can not achieve the balance effect, so the vibration reduction effect can not be achieved. Solution: Remove the dehydration barrel and replace the balance ring.

2) The spring of the vibration damping boom fails, such as the spring is too hard or too soft, which can not play a buffering role when driving at high speed. Solution: Dismantle the suspender assembly and replace the damping spring.

16, waterless test procedure
