How does the unit pay the provident fund?

The old unit should go to the housing provident fund management center to register the housing provident fund deposit, and after being audited by the housing provident fund management center, go to the entrusted bank to set up the housing provident fund account for its employees. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account. Housing provident fund management center to establish a detailed account of employee housing provident fund, record the deposit and withdrawal of employee individual housing provident fund;

The new unit shall register the deposit of housing provident fund at the housing provident fund management center within 3 days from the date of establishment, and go to the entrusted bank to set up housing provident fund accounts for its employees with the audit documents of the housing provident fund management center within 2 days from the date of registration;

if a unit is merged, divided, cancelled or bankrupt, the original unit or liquidation organization shall go to the housing provident fund management center for registration of change or cancellation within 3 days from the date of the above-mentioned situation, and hold the audit documents of the housing provident fund management center within 2 days from the date of completing the registration of change or cancellation.

How do individuals pay the provident fund:

If a unit hires employees, it shall go through the deposit registration at the housing provident fund management center within 3 days from the date of employment, and go through the establishment or transfer procedures of employee housing provident fund accounts at the entrusted bank with the audit documents of the housing provident fund management center;

if the unit terminates the labor relationship with the employee, the unit shall go through the registration of change at the housing provident fund management center within 3 days from the date of termination of the labor relationship, and go through the formalities of transferring or sealing the employee's housing provident fund account at the entrusted bank with the audit documents of the housing provident fund management center.
