Five, about student training, management and graduation employment.

The academic system of the junior college class is two years, in which the internship in the grass-roots political and legal organs is not less than half a year, and the junior college graduation certificate is issued to students who meet the graduation conditions; The undergraduate course lasts for two years, including no less than half a year's internship in grass-roots political and legal organs. Students who have completed their required studies are awarded undergraduate diplomas and bachelor's degrees in accordance with relevant state regulations; The postgraduate course lasts for two years. During the school period, one year of theoretical teaching and one year of practical teaching were arranged, of which half a year was an internship in the practical department. According to the relevant provisions of the state, those who pass the course examination and pass the thesis defense will be awarded a master's diploma and a master's degree in law.

Students are free of tuition fees during their stay at school, and are given living allowances in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance.

For qualified graduates, colleges and universities should dispatch them according to the original recruitment unit and transfer their files and accounts to relevant units. After the students report to the orientation unit, the recruiting unit shall apply for the recruitment procedures of civil servants according to the prescribed authority and procedures. After graduating to work in an orientation unit, students can communicate only after they have served at the graduate level for 5 years, at the undergraduate level for 7 years and at the specialist level for 9 years.

Those who are unqualified during their study in school or have not obtained the corresponding academic degree when they graduate, and those who do not meet the qualifications of the corresponding positions when they graduate, shall not be employed as civil servants. The state is not responsible for arranging jobs, and candidates choose their own jobs. At the same time, a one-time refund of subsidies (including tuition and living allowances). Fresh graduates who fail to work in targeted units due to breach of contract are not allowed to work in other party and government organs or institutions managed by referring to the Civil Service Law, and the situation will be recorded in the candidates' credit files.
