General welder apprentices can basically get started after studying for three months to six months. Of course, what I learned during this period is mainly some basic operational skills. If you want to improve your proficiency in the later period, you still have to rely on practical work experience to accumulate. As for the final level, it still depends on everyone's personal comprehension ability and level.

Welders belong to a special type of work, and those engaged in the welding industry must hold relevant certificates and abide by the fire safety operation rules. It is illegal to work as a welder without a license.

(1) Basic operation and essentials of manual arc welding (flat welding, vertical welding and horizontal welding) and overhead welding (using J507 alkaline covered electrode).

② Operation technology of right-angle welding and vertical fillet welding.

③ Welding methods of common metal materials.

(4) Master the basic operation techniques of gas welding and gas cutting.

⑤ Correct use of flame adjustment method and flame application scope (carbonized flame, neutral flame, oxidized flame).

⑥ Master the arc striking and wire feeding technology, specific operation points, parameter adjustment and application scope of argon arc welding.
