Bank staff recruitment requirements

Theoretically, to work in a bank, you must pass the national banking qualification examination, but all banks will organize their own examinations when recruiting. The scope, difficulty and emphasis of the examination organized by the bank itself may be slightly different. Only if you pass the written test can you be qualified for the interview. The written test and interview are organized by the major banks themselves.

Educational requirements

Bachelor degree or above in full-time colleges and universities, majoring in finance, accounting, statistics, economics, auditing, marketing, computer, law and other related majors.

Age requirement

Under the age of 25, with handsome appearance, excellent ideological quality, no violation of discipline and bad industry behavior, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and service awareness, teamwork, dedication, recognition and compliance with the core values and corporate philosophy of postal service industry, and obedience to distribution.

Basic computer requirements

Have a computer foundation, and the speed of Chinese character input by microcomputer requires more than 50 Chinese characters per minute.

Hukou requirements

Local hukou and related work experience is preferred. Those with excellent conditions can be relaxed to a college degree.
