Section 1 Recruitment and Employment of Employees

2. The study period for new employees is 3 days. If they fail in the exam, they won't be hired. If they pass the exam, they will be employed.

3. New employees must hold ID card, original graduation certificate, family planning certificate and 2 photos of employees (health certificate and temporary residence permit must be completed at their own expense within one month). Those who have worked for more than one year can be undertaken by the hotel.

4. The training period of the first batch of waiters, chefs, kitchen workers and interns for the opening of the new store is 15-30 days. The purpose of writing this manual is to systematically standardize the staff training of our franchise stores. 5. Those who have the following circumstances shall not be employed.

Section II, Labor Management System

1. Working hours: 9: 00 a.m.-65438+4: 00 p.m. and 16: 30-22: 00 p.m., taking turns to be on duty.

2. Vacation: New employees have no vacation in the first month, and have two days off every month from the second month.

3. Resignation: Employees should submit resignation application to the lobby manager or store manager half a month in advance. The manager shall submit an application for resignation to the general manager one month in advance.

4. Probation period: new employees sign contracts and establish labor relations contracts from the date of employment confirmation. Probation period 1-3 months (waiter 1 month, lobby manager for 3 months, other types of work are customized according to the specific conditions of the franchise store). According to the employee's work performance and business skills, we can consider whether to extend the probation period or become a regular employee in advance.
