According to the "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Heilongjiang Province" (Heilongjiang Provincial Public Institutions [2006] No. 32), "Notice on Issuing the Implementation Rules for Open Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Public Institutions in Heilongjiang Province" (Heihei Society Fa [2011] No. 68) "Notice on Further Standardizing the Management of Open Recruitment Examinations in Provincial Public Institutions" (Heihei Society Letter [2011] No. 616) and other documents, after research and decision, it is planned to recruit staff from the public. 1. Introduction to the unit

3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China and have good conduct;

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration
1. Online registration. Candidates can log in to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security website from 9:00 on May 10, 2012 to 16:00 on May 15, 2012, select the public institution recruitment topic, and enter the registration system. Browse and select the position, fill in the registration information, upload photos, record the registration serial number, and print the registration form.
2. Check the qualification review results. Candidates can log in to the registration website to check the qualification review results from 9:00 on May 10, 2012 to 12:00 on May 16, 2012. Those who pass the qualification review cannot apply for other positions; those who fail the qualification review can cancel the registration for the current position and apply for other positions within the specified time. If you have any objection to the review results, you can submit an application for arbitration; those who pass the arbitration will be deemed to have successfully registered. Those who fail the arbitration can only cancel your registration or apply for another position.
3. Pay online. Candidates who pass the qualification review (including arbitration) can log in to the online registration system from 9:00 on May 10, 2012 to 16:00 on May 16, 2012, and pay the examination fees online. Registration ends when the examination fee is successfully paid. If you fail to pay the examination fee in full within the prescribed time, your registration will be deemed unsuccessful and you will not be able to take the examination.
4. Print the admission ticket. Candidates can log in to the online registration system from 9:00 on May 21, 2012 to 16:00 on May 24, 2012, print their admission tickets, and take the exam according to the time, location and requirements on the admission ticket.
5. Notes
(1) Candidates cannot register with the old and new ID numbers at the same time, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be consistent.
(2) The photos uploaded by candidates must be ID photos with blue background, white background or red background. Photos of daily life and scenery will not be reviewed.
(3) The ratio of the number of applicants for the same position (based on the number of people paying) to the number of recruits is not less than 3:1.
If the specified registration ratio cannot be reached, the number of recruitment should be reduced or the recruitment of the position should be cancelled. In special circumstances, the proportion may be appropriately reduced.
(4) Candidates should read the "Online Registration Integrity Agreement" in detail when registering and be responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from the examination or admission once verified.

(2) Exam
1. Examination method: Adopt a combination of written examination and interview, with the written examination first and then the interview.
2. Written test: The written test includes two subjects: "Comprehensive Knowledge" and "Professional Knowledge", with a full score of 100 points each.
The content of the "Comprehensive Knowledge" exam includes the basic theory of Marxism, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, law, basic knowledge of official document writing, logical reasoning, data analysis, etc.; the content of the "Professional Knowledge" exam is the requirement for the position to be applied for. Professional knowledge; the exam date is May 26, 2012. Please see the admission ticket for specific time and location.
Before the written test, candidates who meet the requirements of the Heizhengfa [2009] No. 30 document and enjoy policy bonus points are required to present the relevant certification materials issued by the provincial-level "Project Office" to confirm the bonus points. The total score of the written test is calculated after the written test. The formula is: total score of the written test = comprehensive knowledge score × 30 professional knowledge × 70 policy bonus points. The total score of the written test is retained to two decimal places.
This exam does not specify exam tutoring books, nor does it hold or entrust any organization to hold exam tutoring training classes.
3. Interview: Based on the total score of the written test and the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people in the recruitment position, candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores among those above the minimum qualifying score. If there is a tie in the scores, the one with the higher score in "Professional Knowledge" will enter the interview. If the scores in both subjects are the same, the candidates for the interview will be expanded accordingly. The list of candidates for interview will be published on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for 3 working days.
On-site qualification review will be conducted before the interview. Candidates must provide their ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, online printed registration form, relevant certification materials (stamped with official seal) provided by their unit or school, and other materials that can prove their qualifications or abilities for on-site review. If the relevant materials and main information provided are untrue, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and candidates will be replaced based on the total score of the written examination.
The interview adopts a structured interview method, with a full score of 100 points. Candidates with a score below 60 will not be hired.
4. The total score of the combined test: the total score of the test is calculated as a percentage, of which 50% is the total score of the written test and 50% is the interview score. When calculating the candidate's total test score, the scores must be converted according to the proportion and then summarized, retaining two decimal places.
(3) Physical examination and assessment
According to the total test scores, candidates who will enter the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a 1:1 ratio for the recruitment positions. If there is a tie in the total examination scores of candidates applying for the same position, the candidate with the higher interview score and the higher professional subject score will enter the physical examination in order.
The content of the physical examination shall be determined by referring to the physical examination methods for civil servants. Those who fail the physical examination shall be replaced by medical examiners in turn.
Those who have passed the physical examination will be assessed. The assessment contents include ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability and work performance, etc. Those who fail the assessment will not be hired.
(4) Public announcement
Based on the results of written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment, the candidates to be recruited will be selected and selected, and submitted to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for review. It will be published on the website of the Department of Social Security for 7 working days.
(5) Approval
If there is no objection after the publicity period, the recruiting unit shall go to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to handle the approval procedures in accordance with relevant requirements.
