Is the BEC elementary exam difficult? To what extent?

The difficulty is average, lower than level 4.

The examination committee of Cambridge University in England began to reform the BEC examination from 1999, and the new BEC examination will be adopted in May 2002. The new BEC exam * * * has three grades: BEC Elementary, BEC Vantage and BEC Advanced. The exam consists of four parts: listening, reading, writing and speaking.
