Is Yanjiao Campus of China Institute of National Defense Technology illegal?

No China National Institute of Defense Technology-College of Arts and Sciences (East Campus) is located in Yanjiao Development Zone, Langfang, half an hour's drive east of Tiananmen Square. It is a newly-built central campus of China Institute of National Defense Technology in the new century, which is not an illegal building. Illegal construction refers to buildings and structures that have not been approved by the competent department of land planning, or have not been built in accordance with the construction project planning permit (temporary construction permit).
