4. 1. 1 environmental requirements

Four-position welding shall be installed on a dry, hard, dust-free and corrosive gas-free cement floor, and the air temperature shall be between 5 and 40&; Ordmc, humidity is not more than 75%.

4. 1.2 unpacking in place

After unpacking, move the four-position welding together with the packaging base to the installation position, remove the hold-down bolts of the four-position welding and the base, move the four-position welding to the installation position with a moving tool, and count the items according to the packing list.

4. 1.3 equipment adjustment

First, remove the fixture for packaging and transportation of the nose, wipe the guide rail, and make the nose roller contact the guide rail. Level the base to 0.2 mm/1000 mm with a level with an accuracy of 0.02 mm. ..

4. 1.4 grounding

The machine itself must be grounded. The grounding wire is made of yellow-green double-color multi-strand integrated soft copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm & sup.2. The grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.5 ohm, and the insulation resistance should be greater than 1 megohm.

4. 1.5 power connection

Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).

4. 1.6 gas connection

Connect the air source, connect the air pipe of the air storage tank (or air compressor) to the connector of the air source processor on the machine, and add 30# engine oil to the oil mist device on the air source processor (triple), and the oil level is about 2/3 of the height of the oil cup. Adjust the pressure of the relief valve to 0.5Mpa, start the air compressor to supply air to four welding positions, and check whether the whole machine leaks. 4.2. 1 Adjustment of heating time and holding time

The preset two times are realized by manually adjusting the dial installed on the electronic control panel. Generally, the heating time is about 20 ~ 30 seconds, and the welding holding time is about 25 ~ 30 seconds.

4.2.2 Adjustment of pressure reducing valve (see electrical panel schematic diagram of four-position welding machine for plastic doors and windows and pneumatic schematic diagram of four-position welding machine for plastic doors and windows).

1TY controls the heating and melting (feeding 1) pressure of the four dies, which can be adjusted according to different profiles, generally between 0.2~0.3Mpa and 0.3Mpa. 2TY and 3TY control the pressing force of the front and rear upper pressing tongs on the profile of the die, which can be adjusted according to the profile, generally between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa. When adjusting the pressure, clockwise rotation means boosting, and vice versa.

Note: the adjustment of the pressure reducing valve must be carried out when the air source is connected and the pressure of the pressure reducing valve in the air source processor reaches the working pressure requirement (0.4 ~ 0.6 MPa).

4.2.3 Temperature adjustment of heating plate

The adjustment of the heating plate is realized by the touch key on the preset temperature control table. In the case of heating the plate with welding cloth, it is generally 220 ~ 270 & ordm C.

4.2.4 Adjustment of cylinder running speed

Loosen the lock nut of the speed regulating valve on the cylinder to be adjusted, and the clockwise speed regulating handwheel is deceleration, otherwise it is acceleration. After the speed adjustment is completed, turn the lock nut. After locking the speed regulating valve, the speed should be stable without impact and crawling. Note: The whole pneumatic system adopts loop throttling speed regulation.

4.2.5 Adjustment of the distance between heads:

1#, 2#, 3# and 4# heads should be adjusted according to the requirements of window size. First, loosen the locking device at the lower right of the machine head, push the machine head to the required position by hand, and then rotate the locking device.

The use of profile positioning pad:

When welding plastic profiles, the profile positioning pad is used as a template. Firstly, according to the specifications of the welded profile, select the corresponding positioning pads, and then fix them on the inner sides of the front and rear positioning plates respectively, as shown in figure 1:

Adjustment of the front and rear position of the nose during T-welding:

The use of manual operating mechanism can realize the adjustment of the front and rear position of T-shaped welding timing head. Firstly, according to the commonly used profile size in our factory, the corresponding position is marked on the positioning scale of the front roller bracket of the right machine head. When using the contour, shake the handwheel in front of the nose and place the nose at the mark.
