Before summer work, the production class is a two-shift system of 12 hours, with no weekends every week and one day off every month. The monthly salary is 2500-3000. There are 8 people in the dormitory, with air conditioning, water dispenser, TV, refrigerator and separate bathroom. The executive class is an 8-hour weekend, but under normal circumstances, it is necessary to work overtime. Overtime is paid if it does not exceed 36 hours per week. Over 36 hours, you will work for the company for free.

The company has a year-end bonus every year, with about 3500-4500 production employees and two months' salary for the administrative class.

The company pays five risks, and only those above the administrative class and production monitor level can pay the provident fund.
