2. The internship applicant shall apply to Guangzhou Lawyers Association for internship registration through the practice institution that intends to accept his internship, and submit the materials.

3. Guangzhou Lawyers Association shall conduct an audit within 20 days from the date of receiving the application materials for internship registration. Those who meet the prescribed conditions shall be registered as interns, and a Lawyer's Internship Certificate shall be issued to the applicant.

For those who do not meet the prescribed conditions, the association will notify the practicing institutions in writing to supplement the relevant materials within ten days. If the relevant materials still do not meet the prescribed conditions, the internship registration shall not be granted, and the applicant and the internship institution to receive the internship shall be informed in writing of the reasons for not registering the internship.
