Of course, after we receive the vacuum pump, how can we judge whether the vacuum pump is qualified? According to the manager, we can judge from the following aspects:

1, limit vacuum: Of course, the lower the limit vacuum, the better. At present, the domestic vacuum is generally about 5Pa, and the imported vacuum is about 1Pa. Our company uses Taiwan Province Sheng Rui Xingye SD screw vacuum pump, and its single-pump limit vacuum pump is measured to be 0. 1Pa.

2. Vibration and noise: The vibration must be small and the noise must be less than 80 decibels. The measured decibel of the vacuum pump we use is only 70, which is even smaller after installing a silencer. After starting, a coin standing on the pump will not turn over, which also shows its good vibration and stability.

3. If it is used in corrosive environment, it is best to ask the manufacturer for samples of the same coating and take them to the factory for further testing. The coating or coating ratio used by each manufacturer is different, and its performance will of course vary greatly.

4. sealing: this is also very important, but it can only be understood from the manufacturer's introduction. The most direct thing is to determine whether there is a leak after accessing the system.

Basically, from the above points, 1 and 2 determine the processing level and design technology level of vacuum pump, and also affect the service life of the pump. Items 3 and 4 will also affect its life, but it also needs experimental proof.

Generally speaking, at present, the screw pump is recommended to be imported because of its high cost. The ones made in Europe, America, Japan and South Korea are more expensive, and those made in Taiwan Province are actually a good choice.
