Cost engineer registration process

Cost engineers are recognized by the state and are allowed to practice after registration. They are engineering economic professionals who are specially appointed, entrusted or hired by a certain department or unit to be responsible for and assist them in the valuation, valuation and management of project cost in order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Personnel who have not obtained the registration certificate and practicing seal shall not engage in project cost activities in the name of a registered cost engineer.
