II. Application conditions

The application conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of National Medical Products Administration and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Professional Qualification System for Licensed Pharmacists and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists (No.12 [219] of the State Drug Administration). The specific requirements for registration conditions and the transitional measures of the original system shall be implemented with reference to the Letter of National Medical Products Administration Licensed Pharmacists Center on the Description of Registration Conditions for Licensed Pharmacists' Professional Qualification Examination (No.67 [219] of the Drug Administration). The registration level is divided into two categories: "taking the whole course" and "exempting two subjects".

(1) Requirements for "taking the general examination"

All citizens of the People's Republic of China and foreigners who are allowed to work in China can apply for taking the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists if they meet one of the following conditions.

1. obtain a college degree in pharmacy or Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or Chinese medicine for 5 years;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 3 years;

3. Obtain the second bachelor's degree, graduate class or master's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for one year;

4. obtain a doctorate in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine;

5. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine will have their working years in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine increased by one year.

(II) Requirements for academic qualifications (degrees) Certificates

The academic qualifications and degrees mentioned in the application conditions refer to those that belong to the national education series or are approved or recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council. The academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by schools and other educational institutions that should have the right to issue diplomas recognized by the state are the credentials, and only the associate degree certificate and the completion certificate can not be applied for. Academic qualifications and degrees of junior college or above include academic qualifications or degree certificates issued by general higher education, adult higher education, open education of RTVU, online distance education and self-study examination of higher education.

(III) Definition of "Pharmacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialty"

The "Pharmacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialty" required in the application conditions shall be in accordance with the Measures for the Establishment and Management of Discipline Catalogue of Degree Awarding and Personnel Training issued by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Ministry of Education, the Measures for the Administration of Specialty Establishment of Higher Vocational Education (Specialist) in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, and the Catalogue of Discipline of Degree Awarding and Personnel Training, and the Undergraduate Course of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
