Tattoos are not a condition for employees of state-owned enterprises not to apply. In any of the following circumstances, it is generally not allowed to apply:

2. Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities who are studying (non-fresh graduates who are studying part-time are not allowed to apply for the corresponding academic qualifications and degrees obtained); 3. Active servicemen;

5. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been disciplined or are undergoing disciplinary review within a time limit, those who have been criminally punished or are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

6, the law shall not participate in the registration or employment of state-owned enterprise staff in other circumstances.

The disadvantage of tattoos to individuals is that if they are tattooed on obvious parts, it may be difficult to find a job because some work units refuse to accept people with tattoos.

Article 106 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors, if the legitimate rights and interests of minors are infringed, and the relevant organizations and individuals do not file a lawsuit on their behalf, the people's procuratorate may urge and support them to file a lawsuit; Involving public interests, the people's procuratorate has the right to file a public interest lawsuit. This is not an empty legal provision, but actually happened in judicial practice.
