Youshui Gallery

Youshui is the most beautiful river I have ever seen, with clear water and blue sky. It is a huge landscape painting, dotted with many historical and cultural relics and natural landscapes. Liye, Furong Town, Fengtan, Eryou Mountain, etc. Youshui Gallery is also on this landscape painting. It is located between the two power stations, Gaotan and Fengtan, Mingxikou Town, Yuanling County.

It was Labor Day in 2015. I followed a small tourist group from Changsha and embarked on my trip to Youshui Gallery. It took about an hour from the county seat and arrived at a place called Siyexi. When we arrived at the station, we parked the car. It rained heavily during this period. The accompanying tour guide said that we should take a boat up from here to enjoy the natural scenery on both sides of the river valley.

When we got off the pier, we saw two unique boats. One seems to be called a flower boat, and the other seems to be called a tracker boat. I was hesitant about which boat to get on, but in the end I jumped on a flower boat because on the way here I heard that there would be people on the flower boat singing the half-vegetarian and half-vegetarian folk song "Eighteen Touches".

Because it just rained! There was still a thick layer of moisture in the air, and even worse, there was a faint layer of white mist on the river. The mist that hasn't had time to dissipate is like strands of silk wrapped around the mountainside here. The boat started moving, and I purposely glanced out the window at the tracker boat moored on the shore. This glance made my eyes guilty. The mist that slowly dissipated just circled around the tracker boat, which was simply beautiful. It's good to see this once in this world. I don't dare to see more. I'm afraid I'll get drunk and fall into the Youshui River.

The boat slowly moved upstream. Because it was raining, the tour guide said that we would not go to the Haozi Valley on the opposite side. He said that the road was slippery and he was afraid of flash floods, which made me a little regretful.

At this time, a pair of people on the boat wearing Tujia folk costumes were preparing to perform. Amid the restlessness of the tourists, folk songs were sung in the boat, and the old man playing the erhu kept nodding and shaking his head, which seemed very intoxicating. The sweet folk songs swayed out of the flower boat, echoed on the river, and echoed throughout the valley. Unfortunately, my "Eighteen Touches" was not heard. I heard from the tour guide that they sang "Flowers Blooming in Four Seasons" and "Wu Geng Tune". I later found the lyrics for the latter one, which is like this:

I came to the embroidery room at the first watch, and my sister was there. The room is embroidered with mandarin ducks. The dragons embroidered on both sides grab treasures, and the phoenix Chaoyang is embroidered in the middle.

I came to the embroidery room at the second watch, and my sister made tea and rice, and my brother came to taste it. First fry two poached eggs so that they can be eaten deliciously.

I am in the embroidery room in the middle of the night, my brother smokes silk cigarettes and my sister makes the bed. The mandarin duck bed is covered with cotton wool, and the cotton wool is spread on the younger sister's shop.

I am in the embroidery room at the fourth watch. The scenery in the hibiscus tent is beautiful. The tongue is in the girl's mouth, and the pussy is pressed against the brother's chest.

I came out of the embroidery room at the fifth watch and climbed three times and two times across the city wall. Tears are like rain on the west mountain. When will I see my husband again?

Continuing forward, the Tujia houses on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are built against the mountains and rivers, which is very distinctive. A small boat floated on the river in the distance, carrying a few wisps of milky white fog and swimming quietly in the river. Slowly the singing faded away, and the tourists did not know whether they were intoxicated in the joy of folk songs or in the pictures of Youshui. The boat became quiet, and then someone on the bow of the boat shouted. This is simply more beautiful than Guilin! The atmosphere was not broken by the cry, it was still quiet, but no one wanted to break the tranquility and enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window.

When the boat docked, we were still reluctant to get off the boat and were still drunk in the Youshui Gallery.
