I. Planning Scope The planning scope includes the scope of construction land to be controlled according to the planning needs in the township and its surrounding areas. The planned township includes two parts: the urban living area and the Fengting area of Xianyou Economic Development Zone. The land area is about 30 square kilometers from Dongzhai Village in the west, to the town boundary in the north, to the town boundary in the south and to the provincial highway 20 1 in the east. In the medium term (20 16-2020), the scale of construction land 12.8 square kilometers, and the total population of the township 10.5 million people; V. VI. Urban Spatial Development Strategy

According to the comprehensive analysis of the geomorphological characteristics and land use conditions of cities and towns, and considering the traffic location conditions, the spatial development strategy of cities and towns is "expanding to the north and connecting with the south, crossing to the west and rising to the east".

North Extension: In recent years, towns and villages have gradually expanded northward, and the planning has followed this trend and developed northward to Jianguo, Shang Hu and Linshan Village;

South Ring Road: the south is connected with Quangang District, with good planning coordination; West Span: The development of the west has crossed the Fengci, including Jiushe and other villages;

Eastern upgrading: the eastern part is the main part of Fengting area in Xianyou Economic Development Zone, and the planning focuses on industrial upgrading and land integration.
