Is China Guangdong Testing a national level?

Yes, it is a state-owned enterprise. The Institute of Testing and Analysis of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences was established in 1972. Its predecessor was the Guangdong Provincial Central Experiment Station established in 1960. In 1985, with the approval of the National Science and Technology Commission and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, a national analysis and testing center - China Guangzhou Analysis and Testing Center (referred to as China Guangzhou Testing Center) was established on the basis of the Provincial Testing and Analysis Institute.

China Guangzhou Testing Co., Ltd. passed the provincial metrology certification in 1990, the national metrology certification in 1991, and the national accreditation of China Laboratory in 2001. After years of development, China Guangzhou Testing has now become a third-party testing, calibration laboratory and Class A inspection agency that has passed national qualification accreditation (CMA) and national accreditation (CNAS), and can provide the society with test data and result.

China Guangzhou Testing Co., Ltd. is the only national analysis and testing center in South China. As a comprehensive research and service organization focusing on physical and chemical analysis and testing, it has established industry/industry-oriented technical institutions, including comprehensive analysis and Reverse Engineering Research Laboratory (including the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Laboratory, Reverse Engineering and Industrial Diagnostic Laboratory), Food Safety Technology Research Laboratory, Resources and Environment Research Laboratory, and New Technology Laboratory.
