Zhuji's talent subsidy policy for college students in 2022;

1. For college students who come to various places to participate in employment internship activities, they will be given a transportation subsidy of 300- 1500 yuan outside the city and a monthly transportation subsidy of 0/00 yuan in the city, and a living allowance will be given according to the standards of junior college (vocational college), undergraduate (technician) and above in 600 yuan and 800 yuan;

2. Give industrial injury insurance subsidies to enterprises that accept internship students, and give internship subsidies of up to 12 months to colleges (higher vocational colleges) and undergraduates (technicians) according to 60% and 80% of the local minimum wage respectively. Reward 1000 yuan/person for college graduates who are employed as interns by enterprises;

3, invite universities, professional institutions and other relevant experts and responsible persons to carry out docking exchanges, invite departments to be responsible for transportation and accommodation, and give a subsidy of up to 3,000 yuan per person;

4, to participate in talent, human resources and social departments to carry out recruitment activities of enterprises, by the organizer to ensure transportation accommodation or give corresponding subsidies;

5. College graduates can settle down before employment, and give corresponding housing subsidies, resettlement subsidies, rental subsidies and supporting talent apartments after coming to work;

6. Talents who have already worked in various institutions leave their posts to pursue doctoral studies, and the enjoyment of returning to work full-time after graduation is the same as that of introducing talents.

The range of people who enjoy employment internship subsidies is college graduates who have not been employed within two years after leaving school, and secondary vocational graduates who have not been employed within two years after leaving school can be extended to hard and remote areas, old industrial bases and national poverty-stricken counties. Absorb the above-mentioned personnel to participate in the employment internship unit, and give a certain standard of employment internship subsidy, which will be used for the internship unit to pay the basic living expenses of interns during the internship period, handle the personal accident insurance for interns, and guide and manage interns. Units with a retention rate of more than 50% after the expiration of the probation period may be appropriately improved.
