Forced scrapping after three years of continuous use.

A qualified type test report is required on the first day of operation of a new vehicle.

Vehicles that have been put into operation should be re-examined every year.

Vehicles should be equipped with GPS with positioning function, which is convenient for users to find and use for anti-theft tracking.

Requirements for users:

Height requirement: 1.45- 1.95 meters (Yao can't ride).

Age requirement: 12-70 years old.

Complaint compensation:

Arbitration after complaint: If the operating unit in bike-sharing has handled the user's complaint for more than five times and failed to solve the same problem, the operating unit in bike-sharing may submit it to the local Consumer Protection Committee for arbitration, or bring a lawsuit directly to the court.
